Pollo Pepe started in Guadalajara in 1979 — almost 50 years of grilling pollo asado over open flame. San Antonio is where that tradition crossed the border.
The recipes, the salsas, the jericalla and the horchata all carry the same Guadalajara roots. Now we're firing up the grill at two San Antonio addresses.
