At Pollo Pepe, hospitality is more than taking an order. It's cooking well, treating people well and helping every guest leave a little happier than they arrived.

The customer matters. So does the person standing next to you. Good hospitality starts with treating people — guests and teammates alike — with respect, warmth and attention.
A smile matters. So does noticing when someone needs a hand before they have to ask. Genuine hospitality isn't a script here — it's part of the job.
Whether you're at the register, in the kitchen or at the grill, the details matter. We care about consistency, cleanliness and food that's actually good, every time.
The people closest to the customer should have the support and tools they need to do the job right. Leadership here means clearing the path, not just giving instructions.
Starting pay is listed for every role below — no guessing, no asking around.
Starting at $14–$15/hour, depending on experience and availability.
You're often the first face a guest sees and the last one they talk to on the way out. This role is about greeting people warmly, taking orders accurately and being comfortable with our point-of-sale system.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Starting at $13–$14/hour, depending on experience and availability.
Our back-of-house team keeps the kitchen running — prepping, keeping things clean and consistent, and working with the rest of the team to get food out right.
Starting at $15/hour.
This role takes care of the heart of the menu. Every Maestro Parrillero goes through Pollo Pepe's internal training to learn how to handle the chicken, manage the grill, monitor the cook and follow our food-safety and product standards.
Starting at $16–$17/hour, depending on experience and availability.
Shift Leaders help the team run a strong shift — supporting the guest experience, solving problems as they come up, keeping standards on track and helping teammates succeed.
